The best thing that happened was to find this home as they care, respect and safeguard my mother. The staff are very professional and the senior staff knowledgeable . They share information about my moms care and are open and honest. The staff are empathetic, supporting my mom with her choices and holistic needs. She gets involved with activities that are always available. The home is clean and has a lovely environmental. Beautiful garden to sit in that is safe.

Thank you does not come close to the gratitude we feel as a family for the devotion of care and attention given to Eileen during her time living at Victoria Lodge "Her Hotel" as Eileen would say. Each member of staff went above and beyond their duty to ensure Eileen was safe secure and contented. As a family we feel she could not have had better care. Whenever we visited "the hotel" we were treated with an exceptional warm welcome. Each member of staff should feel proud. Eternal thanks to you all .

The accommodation is excellent clean and tidy all staff engage with all residents asking if they are Ok well and feeling happy. My mom has been in 2 previous care homes and they were not a patch on Victoria Lodge. Victoria Lodge is like a first class/5 star hotel in comparison. The smell of food is always amazing absolutely 100%.

When dad arrived at the lodge we felt a warm blanket of love and care surround him we could relax knowing he was being looked after by such exceptional caring people. Although everyone has a special role you all join to be one "Big Family" You prove what real care is words cannot express the love we feel for you all.

My dad moved in 2 months ago from another care home and is now a changed person,due to the kind care and attention he has been receiving. The staff are organised and caring his hair and nails are cut regularly and he looks well and happy. When he arrived at Victoria lodge he was depressed and wasn't communicating in a short period of time he is off anti depressants enjoying his food chatty and joining in with the fabulous activities. On my first visit I was delighted to hear him singing !! Thank you Victoria lodge!!
